Academy has been a long-term partner of Wish, advising their Head of Design on team needs and skill gaps, and providing staff augmentation through independent contractors. Academy helped staff several projects, including Senior Product Designers and Strategists, resulting in the Product Designers being converted to full-time and promoted to Design Director.
