MainStreet had just raised their Series A and needed to bring on one of their first design team hires to develop their core product and build the foundation for the design practice.
Academy worked collaboratively with MainStreet’s Head of Design to determine the design skills need to grow organically with the team, with enough experience to drive an end-to-end design process with little guidance and ultimately punch above their weight.
