After conducting various stakeholder and user interviews the team had determined that their key differentiator was data and that exposing some internal recommendation tools that could be useful to brokers and clients would enable them to have a key competitive advantage in the years to come.
The Process. The team composed of Academy UX/UI Designers, CBRE Product Managers and Developers ran a Design Sprint to address the problem areas head and design a solution for how to expose the internal tools to the world. After prototyping and testing various solutions, the team felt confident in the launch.
